Day 1/South Beach. I have tried this before and lost 6 or 7 lbs, but I was smaller when I started and too lazy to lose anymore at the time---big mistake. This time I will try to last the whole two weeks and not stall in Phase 2. Adding any cards at all seems to do me in, but I can't do more than a couple of weeks on phase 1. I am second guessing my diet choice already---cause I'm hungry! I need to dig out the SB cookbook to remember what I can have as I have not planned and shopped for the diet. Oh, well, day 1 almost over. Get a grip, girl, and stop your whinning.
