well i am on track..i am staying at around 1400 calories even though i was told i should ne at 1600..i do not feel lke eating everything in sight like i usually di in the pm..i think drinking more water during the day help

Are you doing flex-points or core? If flex, then you can calculate your points doing the quiz. I can send you details if you don't have that already. Honestly though... don't deprive yourself of those calories if you can still lose by eating higher. I currently eat more than I'm meant to with WW points... as I'm only meant to eat 19 points now. But I'm still doing 140 per week + 35 flex points, but earning my 28 activity points. So perhaps experiment, as you can still lose I'm sure by eating a lot more calories. Keep up the great work though and those pounds will soon be dropping nicely. :o)
