Sugars at 208 this morning @ 10... 135 now ( i just ate). I am so jealous of diabetics that can eat mostly what they want and are fine... i cannot... it's like i look at a cheese cake and my everything goes out of whack! Trying lite yogurt to see if it settles my sweet cravings.

Why not find a replacement for the sugar in your coffee? Have you tried a substitute?

i have tried, i would rather drink plain water than those nasty subs.! that stuff is horrible and most of it give me a horrible headache.I will cut carbs and sugars elsewhere. But, thank you for the suggestion.
