I started gaining weight as a young child, this concerned my mother severely and she put me on diets my whole life. Finally a Dr. told her not to let me get below 150# because of my bone structure and she backed off.
My normal weight for years after that was always between 200 - 210, i feel better at 200#, but right now i am about 225- 232. Exercising is hard because of my health issues, asthma, COPD, emphysema, arthritis, fibro mialgia... and more. Plus i am diabetic, blood sugars run between 130 and 252, not good!
So here we go following a high proten, low low carb diet (100 per day).
