My official restart will be Sunday January 6th, but I'm starting to clean up my diet now. Gradually cutting back on sugar and highly processed food. Zumba classes start back next Monday. I'm definitely ready to start working out again. I would like to go hiking but it's just too cold right now. I'm also working on drinking more water. I drink a large glass as soon as I wake up and another right after I have my coffee since I know coffe dehydrates you. I made a really good flatbread sandwich for breakfast and it was very filling and only 257 calories I think I'll try adding baby spinach to it next time just to get more veggies in my diet.
