I'm thinking of chocolate cake... Okay, I am going to give myself a break by having a piece of chocolate cake AFTER I reach below 120 lbs...!
Although I increased my workout a little, I felt it doesn't really show on my weight change. So I looked my progress by comparing the weight of around 10th of every month.
'09Dec...130.0 lbs *Then I had himithyroid removal surgery. '10Jan...*Due to post surgery, I was not doing workout or recording FS. Feb...+4.5 lbs Mar...-4.5 Apr...-4.0 May...-1.5 Jun...-2.5
The result tells me I'm not doing that bad this month. At least, I'm losing some weight. If I could keep the current pace, losing at least 2 lbs a month, then I could reach my goal by September. I need to make it happen! Of course, earlier is better!
My BMR at my current weight is now 1270, so I change my RDI to the same. My plan is eating closely above RDI and keeping net calories at least -500 Kcal or greater negative number. (-600 to -700 is preferable.
