still at 12-12 :(

however 12-something is so much better than 13-something - which is also a LOT better than 14-something which I was when I started. I've come a long way... I know I have a way to go yet, but it WILL happen... already looking and feeling so much better.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
