I am craving garlic bread so bad! But it is a major no no on this diet plan. I'm also wanting something sweet.

I don't know what diet plan you are following, but when I am craving sweets I have two treats. The first: one cup fresh or thawed frozen berries (I love raspberries or blackberries) sweetened with Splenda and topped with 1 or 2 TBSP non-fat whipped topping. Delicious! The other treat is 3-2-1 Cake topped with berries and non-fat whipped topping. 3-2-1 Cake is one regular cake mix (any flavor) mixed dry with an angel food cake mix in a large ziploc bag. To prepare your cake: in a cereal-sized bowl, measure 3 tablespoons of cake mixture, 2 tablespoons of water and mix with a spoon until blended. Pop in the microwave and cook for 1 minute (get it 3-2-1). When done, top with Splenda-sweetened berries and 1-2 TBLS non-fat whipped topping. I hope these help.
