I absolutely love my new scale! The accuracy is what I love best. I can't wait for my nutritionist to return from maternity leave so that I can compare her tape with the BMI and fat % with what my scale says.
Anyway...the best thing about this eating lifestyle is the fact that if I eat something that is not "proper" then I can just get right back on track and all is well. For example...pizza the other night and I am still losing! It could be the work we have been doing on the house but that is okay.
