I'm in the same boat as you. It's crazy that I can all go so well during the day and then i just watch myself go insane at night with snacking. It not only makes me feel so guilty but it just makes me wonder why the heck do i do that?!?! :-) So i guess i don't necessarily have any advice (or else i would have solved it for myself) but rather you're not the only one with this crazy problem. I think just REALLY thinking about it before you make the plunge is super important...but in my case, i really do think about it, but for some reason the craving wins out. What gives??
