This has been a great day! I said before i wasnt going to weigh in until today but i did at home acouple of days ago- so i used my friends scale today that is right on the money and i am down to 119.4lb!!! I can't believe that i am losing like this. I still need to do some situps and ride my bike but i am almost there! I did this diet for my hubby and i am losing right along with him! He went to the Dr.s today and he lost a total of 9 lbs so far!!And that is so awsome!This has really changed my eating habits so much and I love SBD!!!Time to throw out the house scale and get a new one-its only 11 years old!Thanks everyone fgor you support- Only in phase 2 and were still losing!
