One week of tracking if my food intake. I was very pleased when I weighed myself this morining. I lost three pounds this week. It is very encourging and will help me this week for more good results.
111.1 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 36.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
