well i fell like my energy level is going down hill and i need some modavation but cant find it anywhere-i wish i was losing like i did in phase 1 but thats not happeneing. I really havent been eating much bread-if any! iI still like my burger without bread,even if i have whole wheat buns. I have been eating cherrios with fresh strawberries for breakfast with coffee-still no sugar! whole wheat wraps with chicken& lettuce for lunch, an apple for snack or fat free yogart and the sbd meatloaf for dinner last night! i am following the book and still no change!More water would be good! I even went to a B-day party last night and hubby and i said no to cake and ice cream-that was very hard. My name is Yvvie and i am a icecreamahalack-Its been 22 days since i had my last ice cream!I hope i dont cave in! going to a luau this weekend and i hope i dont crack!

Tracking calories often helps, SBD emphasises their importance but does not require counting calories. FitDay.com has a free, very fast system for doing this if you feel up to it. It's a little quirky at first (with some vegetables you should enter <vegetable name> raw, as well as with some other foods) but, once you get used to it, it is *very* fast. You are doing really well, keep up the good work!

Thanks info for the info!!! I am going to check out that website and pass it along! I cant wait until summer is over i think i will do alot better in cooler weather! Thank you for your encouragement!

weight always comes off fast in the beginning and then slows down some. don't be discouraged.
