I didn't exercise yesterday. I guess I got lazy from not doing it for a week of being sick. I don't know how to get myself back on schedule. I keep telling myself, "you can do it after the laundry, or you can do it after you cook dinner." I always seem to have an excuse for not doing it. I am mad at myself for not excercising. I am going to try to do it today.

Hey don't beat yourself up! How about you just do 10 minutes? It'll seem a lot more do-able if you think of it in smaller amounts. Allow yourself to stop after the 10 mins (w/o guilt) but if you choose you can continue.

I will definately give that a try. I would right now but I'm at work and I can only excercise my typing fingers here lol.

I know myself, a week on WW and i'm going to start craving the gym, so maybe that will happen for you too. FOr now, i'm not going to beat myself up, as long as i eat within my points, drink my water and journal.

I agree with Pieces, don't beat yourself up over not exercising... baby steps honey! I hardley get the time to exercise daily (or even on a weekly basis) so if I miss a day of walking, I give myself 10 mins of heavy hoovering or I dance on the spot while I iron... that is exercise isn't it? hehehe!

Hey cuz! Listen you know chasing that kid around is what i consider exercise!lol dont get down on yourself-we all beat our selves up once in a while but get back up on that horse(so to speak) and do a little at a time to get back into it! Are you still walking in the morning?Thats a good place to start!Hubby thinks your a hot mama now just wait till he comes home for good!I know when he gets his leave you will get plenty of exercise then-lol!I'm here for you and so is everyone else!
