Yesterday was a good day. Food was great. I tried new recipe Cheesy Beef Bake. We really enjoyed it. I added some extra seasoning & some black & green olives to make it like Picadillo.
I wore my pedometer & was surprised to find how low my steps were. I really need to step up the activities.
I went to class last night & they had Oreo's & chips. I was not even tempted. Oreo's used to call my name "PAULAAAAA".
I feel really good about this WOE. I think this was a good move for me.

LOL!!!! Coca Cola calls my name like that. The refreshing pop...fizz..aaahhh! It can be hard - havent had one since I started but if I didnt have my crystal light to put in my water I don't know if I would make it. Very happy for you! I'm going to check in your cook book for that Cheesy Beef Bake.

Yes you can have diet cola. I think Atkins suggests limiting your artificial sweetners to 3 a day though. I feel you on the oreos...I have been fighting a craving for those for like 5 days now. They have a new limited edition flavor that my boyfriend wants to try, but I know if I buy them that I will not only give in and have a few...I will binge. Because unfortunately, I am very much an all or nothing mentality. Once I slip a little, it turns into a landslide. So Kudos to you for avoiding them when they were right in your face.

Thats one of the things so great about Atkins, no cravings and no hunger. I have tried to replace the things that called me with other things and so far I am doing great. I am glad you are doing so good. :)
