Ok, so I indulged a bit over my weekend and felt fine but the negative thoughts started to creep in! I hate that, so of course this morning Jillian Michael's facebook posting is a challenge of the week: for the entire week think NOTHING negative about yourself. If you start to think negative, stop yourself and then say something POSITIVE about yourself. A difficult but important part of growing!
