Back from a rather challenging weekend away. After a night with little sleep on Saturday I was desperately tired on Sunday and ate all the wrong things, including a large cooked breakfast (provided at the hotel; it would have been rude not to) and a small(thankfully) bag of Thorntons Special Toffee.
I will give myself 2 days back STRICTLY on the Dukan plan before weighing myself again.
