Bawang merah, bawang putih, tomat, kencur, cabe rawit (semua d goreng), kemudian ulek smua bumbu dg garam, penyedap rasa & kemangi.
Tempe dg ukuran besar/sedang d goreng, panas2 langsung masukin k dlm bumbu sambil d teken dikin z pake ulekan.
