I cut myself down to 1600 calories a day and I'm feeling kinda weak. Should I go back up to 2000?

I don't think it's the calories that are leaving you feeling off, but I think you might want to grab some more lean protein today, unless you're a diabetic. If you've got any of that pot roast beef left, you might have some more of that, and maybe in days to come get more of your calories from protein and fewer from carbohydrates (ie, things with sugar, mainly.) You're not a diabetic are you? High blood sugar levels can leave diabetics feeling weak, sometimes disoriented, or thirsty. If you are, you don't want to eat anything more til your blood sugar drops down to a normal range, and then something that's protein/fat, not carbs, to keep you from crashing over night. See if you can't rebalance your diet so that you don't have more grams of carbs than you do of fat and protein combined at the very least, and I bet you'll start feeling better, less hungry, and lose weight more easily.
