I made Fat Flush approved jerk chicken for lunch today...added many veggies to the crockpot last night with the chicken pieces. It was extrememly good along with 1/2 cup diced sweet potato.... my daughter had made chocolate chip cookies for her brothers and herself and I wasn't tempted today! THAT is why we are doing this plan for life is it not?? I have to remind myself that eating all those boxed sweets filled with hydrogenated oils is what got me fat in the first place...they have no place on fat flush even occaisionally...you are only setting yourself up for a failure...if you want chocolate...go for the real stuff and only 1 oz!!!

I felt the same way yesterday. I made banana bread for my family (since I had bananas getting ripe) and I didn't eat any of it...and it didn't even really bother me!

Hooray good for you!!!! Banana bread always smells so good...I've not figured out a substitute yet...bananas don't come back into play until phase 3.

I just got the FF cookbook a couple of days ago. Great recipes. I made the spicy chicken wraps tonight. (Wrapped in romaine lettuce) Yummy! I recommend the book to anyone who doesn't already have it. It keeps you from getting bored with the same old food.

no, I found a recipe for jerk chicken here and I made substitutions to it to make it FF friendly.
