When I prepare and make my eating habits a priority then I don't go wrong. I went out Friday, Saturday, & Sunday this past weekend and made ME a priority. I'm not going to do anything that's going to push me back several steps when it's so hard to take the one step. I feel strong in this area right now...focused. Hope everyone is doing well!
