I would like to lose 10 lbs of fat and replace it with 10 lbs of muscle. Sticking to the http://www.nosdiet.com pretty well, but I need to stop eating out/junk for lunches at work. Need to do something that is quick/easy/healthy for lunch instead.

If anyone has any suggestions for healthy, easy meals for someone who likes to spend as little time as possible preparing meals, then by all means, please fill me in.

Also, took my measurements today. I am at approximately 14% body fat (±2%). Looking to shed 2-4% more.
