Survived the challenge of my first weekend pretty much intact. I did consider having a glass of wine or a beer last night, as a special treat, but came to the conclusion that my so-far 7lb weight loss (I started on here after I'd lost 5lb) was a lot more of a treat and so talked myself out of it and just had my regular late-night yogurt instead. Next challenging time coming up is (apart from next weekend, but I have shown myself that I can handle a regular weekend) the weekend of 8th May when I am away overnight and will be eating out from Saturday lunchtime to Sunday evening. That's going to be a challenge... I think planning ahead will be the key.
