Hey everyone! Today is Day 15 of the FS Diet. I weighed in yesterday, Sunday, and I have lost a total of 10 lbs so far!! I am super excited, but I am getting really bored with what I am eating.. Ive been eating A LOT of salads, and fruits. That's mostly all I have ate since starting this, and I need some variety.. I tried to make the brown rice but didn't like it. I will try again this week, any ideas for the rice?? What about other easy to make recipes for Phase 1?? .... It doesn't look to me as if I've lost the 10 lbs, but I guess the scales don't lie, huh?! And I am going to try my hardest to stop that weighing in nearly every day, that gets frustrating sometimes.. I will weigh in every Sunday.. Anyway, hope to hear from you guys soon!! :)

That is awesome!!- I make a bunch of stuff for the week - Baked Oatmeal is good -Look at Kitchen section for recipies - My mother calles them brownies and loves it I add Blueberries and strawberries instead of brown suger. I also make little quiches - you can make before hand using a muffin pan - just add any veggies peppers, onions, spinach and egg whites bake about 20 minutes. Veggie Chili with the rice is not bad make the rice with broth instead of water. Let me know if you want any other ideas -

Nice job on the weight loss! You are doing great! When I first started this I hated rice all together...but I have really started liking it. One way I was able to deal with it at first is to mix it with veggies and add soy sauce, garlic powder and onion powder, give it a different taste...hang in there, it will get easier in Phase II...you are doing great though, keep it up!
