Ok, its been bought to my attention that maybe my calorie intake is low. I really didnt consider it low as I feel like I eat enough to feel full all day. It may be the kinds of food I choose. But still I dont think I could fit in my recommended 1800cal intake. Id have to eat nearly twice the amount I do on a daily basis, and if you look Im not starving myself. Has anyone else come across this problem. I mean I dont want to resort to chowing down on what ever i see to fill the calorie gap that seems to exist. Maybe I just function well on this calorie intake. My weightloss has been great, and I have dont anything more than move more, and fit in at least 30 mins on my exercise bike a day, and with all the walking I do, because I dont drive, seems thats all I needed to lose this weight. Ok, enough rambling. Good luck everyone, and please share any thoughts you have on this subject.

Ok I just looked over your intake for the past few days and immediately wondered if you were listing every little thing. I noticed that you had cereal and an apple for breakfast but no milk. Coffee... do you drink it black? Salad... ingredients not listed (I know, most vegis are very low but cheese or dressing would make a big difference), tuna... do you eat it plain? Otherwise your choices look very healthful. Just a thought.
