Directions
- Battre les oeufs avec le sucre pour obtenir un mélange mousseux. Ajouter la farine tamisée et la compote. Bien mélanger au fouet ou au robot.
- Faire fondre le chocolat au bain marie ou au micro onde
- Ajouter le chocolat fondu à la première préparation, verser dans un moule beurrer et fariner. Préchauffer le four à 180°, cuire 20 mn.
