Fondant Chocolat Léger

Fondant chocolat avec compote de pomme à la place du beurre.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Battre les oeufs avec le sucre pour obtenir un mélange mousseux. Ajouter la farine tamisée et la compote. Bien mélanger au fouet ou au robot.
  2. Faire fondre le chocolat au bain marie ou au micro onde
  3. Ajouter le chocolat fondu à la première préparation, verser dans un moule beurrer et fariner. Préchauffer le four à 180°, cuire 20 mn.
