Греческая закуска из огурцов. Можно использовать как соус.

  1. Огурец натереть на крупной терке или порезать совсем маленькими кубиками. Если он очень сочный — то тоже отжать лишнюю жидкость. Чеснок раздавить (не забудьте убрать зеленый росточек внутри). Все аккуратно перемешать с оливковым маслом и поставить в холодильник минимум на пару часов. Тзатзики обычно не солят и перчат, но, если вы захотите, то — пожалуйста.
