  1. In una terrina sbattete le uova, la farina, l’acqua (deve risultare un impasto della stessa consistenza di quello per i pancake) aggiungete il sale.
  2. Mettete un filo d’olio sulla padella e cuocete una a una tutte le piadine.
  3. Farcite a piacere.
