Directions
- Faire cuire 10 minutes la pâte en cherchant bien à aplatir le fond. à 180°C. Peler, couper les tomates en 4, enlever les pépins et les égoutter.
- Sortir la pâte, tapisser le fond par le jambon cru, ajouter les tomates et la mozzarella, ajouter des herbes de Provence.
- Faire cuire le tout encore 10 minutes toujours à 180 °C.
