Arrollado de Carne

Sabrosa receta con carne magra para incluir muchas proteínas.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Picar la cebolla y el morrón y rehogar con fritolín en una sartén.
  2. Poner en un bols la carne picada, el huevo, el pan rayado, la cebolla y el morrón rehogado. Agregarle el ajo y el perejil bien picados. Mezclar bien hasta que se integre todo.
  3. Sobre una plancha de papel aluminio, manteca o film, esparcir la preparación lo mas rectangular posible. En una de las puntas poner el jamón y el queso y empezar a enrollar con la ayuda del papel y hacer un "arrollado de carne" poner en un molde budín o una fuente y llevar al horno durante unos 40 min.
