Directions
- Colocar os ingredientes na panela pequena com água suficiente para cobri-los.
- Após cerca de 20 minutos, verifique se estão macios (não precisa ser muito) e desligue o fogo.
- Triture no liquidificador até ficar cremoso e sirva. Pode acrescentar 1 colher de chá farinha de linhaça com uma fio de azeite ou 1 colher de sopa de iogurte natural ou 1 colher de chá de requeijão e enfeite com salsinha e cebolinha.
