Mangold-Linsen-Curry

Entstanden ist ein oberleckeres, vegetarisches Mangold-Linsen-Curry.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mangold gut reinigen, Stiele klein würfeln, grüne Blätter in Streifen schneiden. Zwiebeln, Knoblauch und Ingwer schälen. Zwiebeln fein würfeln würfeln, Knoblauch und Ingwer fein reiben. Chili in Ringe schneiden.
  2. Öl in einem großen Topf erhitzen und Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Chili und Ingwer anschwitzen. Sesam, Kreuzkümmel und Curry dazugeben und kurz mitbraten. Linsen, Mangold, Kokosflocken und Brühe dazugeben und gut 15 - 20 Minuten bei mittlerer Hitze köcheln.
  3. Zum Schluß die Kondensmilch (4%) einrühren und mit Salz und Zitronensaft abschmecken. Evtl. mit gehacktem Koriander servieren.
  4. Tipp: Wer mag, kann statt Kokosflocken und Kondensmilch auch direkt Kokosmilch verwenden. Hat dann mehr Kalorien.
