  1. Corte a banana em cubos.
  2. Coloque no liquidificador ou Mixer a banana, aveia e o ovo, bata até formar um creme homogêneo. Misture a linhaça.
  3. Aqueça a frigideira e coloque metade da massa. Depois de assado um lado vire e asse do outro. Está pronto.
