substitute apple cider vinegar where vinegar is called for. No black pepper..sub sea salt for the salt... omit the brown sugar...maybe add a little of the stevia??

Well I am getting back on the south beach seriously, because it is the only diet that REALLY works! (next week)But, Last night I tried this recipe on a whole chicken and put it in my counter top rotissori and oh my gosh it was delishious, Loved it! But like I said I am not fully on the SB diet this week, so not sure how it would be w/o sugar.
