Fritters de Abobrinha com Hortelã

Sem gluten, com chia, coco ralado seco e oleo de coco.

Directions

  1. Deixe a semente de chia de molho em um pouco de água por 12 horas ou mais (até formar um gel espesso).
  2. Misture as abobrinhas raladas com todos os outros ingredientes, inclusive a chia e o hortelã fresco picado.
  3. Esquente uma frigideira antiaderente untada com oléo de coco e vá colocando a massa com uma colher (é como fazer mini panquecas) deixe até que fique dourado e vire do outro lado.
