Vegetarische Frikadellen

Frikadellen aus Vollkornreis und Gemüse.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Reis 15 Minuten in Wasser oder Gemüsebrühe kochen lassen, dann abgießen.
  2. Inzwischen Käse und Karotten klein raspeln.
  3. Zwiebel, (nach Wunsch 1 Knoblauchzehe) und Basilikum so klein wie möglich schneiden.
  4. Gemüse, Käse und Reis mit dem Ei vermischen und mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
  5. Die Masse ca. 10 Minuten quellen lassen, danach Frikadellen formen und in Öl oben und unten goldbraun anbraten.
