Vegetarische Frikadellen
Frikadellen aus Vollkornreis und Gemüse.
Ingredients
Directions
- Reis 15 Minuten in Wasser oder Gemüsebrühe kochen lassen, dann abgießen.
- Inzwischen Käse und Karotten klein raspeln.
- Zwiebel, (nach Wunsch 1 Knoblauchzehe) und Basilikum so klein wie möglich schneiden.
- Gemüse, Käse und Reis mit dem Ei vermischen und mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
- Die Masse ca. 10 Minuten quellen lassen, danach Frikadellen formen und in Öl oben und unten goldbraun anbraten.
