Salgado Maromba

Um salgado prático ótimo para pré treino.

Directions

  1. Cozinhe o peito de frango a sua maneira (pode ser no vapor ou na pressão) e cozinhe também a batata doce.
  2. Depois de cozido tudo, espere esfriar e processe o frango e a batata até virar uma massa, acrescente temperos a gosto como salsinha, cebolinha, cebola e alho.
  3. Acrescente as 2 colheres de farinha de arroz (Você pode trocar essa farinha por outra saudável) e misture com auxilio de uma colher.
  4. Pronto a massa está feita, agora vc pode usar forminhas de cupcake ou empada para fazer o formato ou fazer da forma que desejar.
  5. Se desejar coloque sementes de gergelim por cima para enfeitar.
