  1. Cortar las verduras en juliana: Zanahorias, col y judias verdes.
  2. Trocear la carne: pollo o cerdo.
  3. Freír la carne en un poco de aceite, salsa de soja, azúcar y pimienta. Reservar una vez cocida. No dejar cocer mucho ya que la meteremos junto con los fideos y verduras a cocer un poco más.
  4. Guisar los fideos junto con el cerdo en la misma sartén, al casi finalizar echar agua, soja y remover suavemente hasta que los fideos estén hechos. Reservar una vez terminado.
  5. Saltear las verduras, no dejar pochar totalmente, tienen que quedar un poco al dente. Una vez terminado mezclar con el cerdo y fideos en la sartén, dejar cocer un poco más, controlar el punto de sal y listo.
  6. Se puede acompañar de salsa de soja y el zumo exprimido de una lima.
