Biscoito com Manteiga de Amendoim e Whey

Directions

  1. Ligue o forno e deixe pré-aquecer a 180°C por 10 minutos.
  2. Em uma tigela, bata levemente os ovos e acrescente a manteiga de amendoim e misture.
  3. Adicione a aveia em flocos e a proteína em pó. A massa deve ficar pegajosa e firme.
  4. Forme bolinhas e coloque em uma assadeira untada. Pressione levemente para torná-los planos.
  5. Leve ao forno a 180°C por aproximadamente 20 minutos ou até as laterais dourarem.
  6. Deixe esfriar completamente antes de servir.
