  1. Pelar y picar la piña en trozos. picar la manzana y el pepino con cascara. exprimir el jugo de 1 naranja. Reservar.
  2. Sacar cuidadosamente el interior de la hoja de áloe vera, con un cuchillo filoso para extraer toda la pulpa.
  3. Mezclar todo en una licuadora, agregar el agua de a poco y la stevia a gusto. servir 3 vasos al día.
