Seed Bread

Healthy, tasty, and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix the yeast with 500g of lukewarm water and let it stand for a few minutes to bloom.
  2. Add all the other ingredients to the water and yeast mixture and knead together for 2-3 minutes. It is a wet sticky dough and does not need further kneading.
  3. Add to a greased and bottom-lined loaf tin. Sprinkle some seeds on top if you like and press them into the dough slightly.
  4. Leave in a warm place to rise uncovered for 45-60 minutes.
  5. Bake in a 200°C oven for 40-45 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool in the tin for 5 minutes. Turn out onto a cooling rack and allow to cool before slicing.
