Guisantes con Jamón

Un excelente y saludable plato.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Hervimos los guisantes congelados en agua con algo de sal durante siete minutos.
  2. Mientras doramos en el aceite de oliva la cebolla picada muy fina, incorporando al final el jamón picado en trozos pequeños, y cuando todo esté hecho incorporamos los guisantes cocidos y dejamos rehogar todo junto durante un par de minutos.
  3. Antes de servir incorporamos los huevos y revolvemos todo.
