- 440 гр Кабачков (примерно 2 шт.) нарезать кубиками.
- В большую антипригарную сковородку налить 100 гр воды, добавить 1 ст. Ложку оливкового масла. Выложить все кабачки и тушить под крышкой на медленном огне в течении 20-30 мин.
- За 5 минут до готовности налить ст. Ложку соевого соуса, добавить приправы, чеснок и мелко нарезанную книзу. Тушить на среднем огне до готовности примерно 5 минут.
