Фунчоза с Курицей

Рисовая лапша с курицей и овощами.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Лук нарезать соломкой. Филе соломкой. Морковь нашинковать соломкой
  2. Перец отчистить от семян и нарезать соломкой. Огурцы нарезать соломкой. Зеленый лук, мелко нарезать.
  3. На масле обжарить лук, добавить кур филе и жарить 10 мин. Добавить морковь. Следом морковь и жарить 3-4 мин.
  4. Фунчозу приготовить, как указано на упаковке. Затем промыть и поделить на части.
  5. Смешать фунчозу, огурцы, лук, филе с овощами и заправить соусом.
  6. Дать настояться 1-2 часа.
