A low fat, filling veggie soup that's great when you're feeling hungry and don't want a high calorie snack.
Ingredients
Directions
- Put water and all the vegetables in large pot.
- Bring to hard boil and add onion soup mix and packet of taco seasoning mix.
- Lower heat and cover.
- Simmer until vegetables are tender.
- Note: this soup can be enjoyed as a meal replacement or a healthy in-between meal snack.

Reviews
That is a lot of onion. Using green onions or 1 pack of onion soup mix instead of 2 would greatly reduce the very high sodium content. Take out the carrots (phase 2) and greatly reduce the regular onions to reduce the carb intake and make it more carb friendly to be able to eat in induction.

Sounds great! For my diet, I'd have to definitely change some things since it has too many carbs...but a great, healthy, tasty soup! Thanks!
