Directions
- Den in Scheiben geschnittenen Speck und die Zwiebeln in einem Topf im Rapsöl kurz anbraten.
- Das Gemüse klein schneiden und in den Topf geben. Gut umrühren und dann die 1,5 Liter Gemüsebrühe hinzufügen.
- Die Linsen waschen und in den Topf geben.
- Setzen Sie den Deckel auf den Topf und lassen Sie ihn mindestens 30 Minuten köcheln. Anschließend 1 Esslöffel Essig dazugeben und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
