I created this recipe and it actually came out really good.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Put crushed tomatoes on the tortilla.
  2. Top with cheese followed by any other toppings.
  3. Roll up the tortilla and bake at 400 °F (200 °C) for about ten minutes or until cheese is melted and tortilla becomes crisp.

I have made a similar "pizza" with the 1 point english muffins (there are more brands now than just WW) spag sauce and lowfat mozz -- you can add veggie toppings too. heat in oven and each little pizza is 1 pt...not bad when everyone is having pizzahut!

This was very good I made 3 of them for lunch for me and my hubby. I put sauce, turkey bacon,cut-up chicken breast and shredded low fat cheese. It was very good and my hubby liked it also.
