Frango ao Mel e Limão

Esta é uma mistura de sabores simples mas deliciosa.

  1. Em um recipiente raso, faça um molho misturando o mel, o óleo vegetal, o suco de limão, o alho e o molho de soja. Coloque os peitos de frango neste molho e vire-os para que fiquem cobertos pela marinada. Tampe o recipiente e deixe marinar na geladeira por pelo menos 30 minutos.
  2. Preaqueça a grelha ou churrasqueira em temperatura alta untando com um pouquinho de óleo para o frango não grudar.
  3. Jogue fora a marinada e grelhe o frango por 6 a 8 minutos de cada lado, ou até que o frango pare de soltar água.
  4. Se você tiver tempo, deixe marinando durante a noite. Caso contrário, deixe pelo menos 30 minutos na geladeira. Sirva com uma salada verde.
