Pane Dolce Croccante al Latte e Semi di Finocchio

Pane al latte con poco zucchero e semi di finocchio, a fette passate al forno per renderlo croccante.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Tritare i semi di finocchio con il tritatutto
  2. Impastare il latte con la farina, i semi di finocchio, il lievito e lo zucchero.
  3. Mettere l'impasto in uno stampo per plumcake foderato di carta forno e lasciare lievitare per 2-3 ore (fino al raddoppio della dimensione).
  4. Cuocere in forno a 180 gradi per 45-60 minuti
  5. Lasciare riposare per un giorno.
  6. Tagliare in fette di circa 1 cm, posizionarle su una teglia e infornare per 20-30 minuti in forno preriscaldato a 140 gradi.
