Keto Roomkaaskoekjes

Lekker, makkelijk te maken en caloriearm tussendoortje.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combineer de roomkaas, erythritol, boter, ei en vanille-extract. Meng tot een gladde massa.
  2. Voeg zout, bakpoeder en kokosmeel toe. Goed mengen.
  3. Leg het deeg in een rechthoekige vorm op een bakplaat en rol het dicht. Zet het vervolgens een half uur in de koelkast.
  4. Snij de deeg in 16 plakken van 1 cm dikte.
  5. Bak de koekjes in een voorverwarmde oven op 180°C gedurende 15 minuten of tot de randen bruin beginnen te worden.
  6. Laat de koekjes op de aanrecht afkoelen.
